I'm very pleased to see the funding increase for ag research.

It's unfortunate, but the current map, you know, it's a map that Congress adopted, a Nielsen map, that's from the 1950s.

I'm confident that there's bipartisan support in Congress for trade agreements today.

I have sponsored a bipartisan bill, S. 896, to kind of solve this problem.
