Some of the questions that we are asking--I know that you are concentrating right now on just kind of surviving and getting the basic stuff done, although you have outlined a very comprehensive plan that seems to be very well thought out. So I really do compliment you on that.

It is vital that we limit our policy proposals to the agencies that we have jurisdiction over, in this case the CFTC.
We are in a situation where we have a lot of important hearings here, but I don't know that we are going to have any more important than the topic that we are discussing today.
We must also protect innovation and provide regulatory certainty businesses need to maintain their operations in the United States.
