(2) Rural utilities service administrator.--Section 232(b)(1) of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 (7 U.S.C. 6942(b)(1)) is amended-- (A) by striking ``, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate''; (B) by striking paragraph (2); and (C) by redesignating paragraph (3) as paragraph (2). (3) Commodity credit corporation.--Section 9(a) of the Commodity Credit Corporation Charter Act (15 U.S.C. 714g(a)) is amended in the third sentence by striking ``by and with the advice and consent of the Senate''.…
