It is clear that infrastructure investment boosts our economy, creates immediate jobs, and produces decades of economic opportunity.

What we urge you all to do--and you will have our support--is whatever infrastructure bill comes out, make sure water is included in it.

I do not know if you are a Republican, a Democrat, or whatever; I could care less.
