The clerk will report the concurrent resolution by title. The legislative clerk read as follows: A concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 127) directing the Clerk of the House of Representatives to make a correction in the enrollment of H.R. 133. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the concurrent resolution.
