Should this legislation be defeated today, current law will remain in effect, and states who poorly administer SNAP programs will begin to pay for the portion of the benefit cost next year.

Our federal courts deserve facilities that are well maintained and able to meet the needs of the judges, legal professionals and the public they serve.

It’s time for the Senate to pass this legislation and provide the regulatory clarity the marketplace needs to ensure the U.S. remains a global leader.
