It is vital that we limit our policy proposals to the agencies that we have jurisdiction over, in this case the CFTC.
To my knowledge, Congress has never held a hearing solely on decentralized finance, not once.
We have done a good job, I think, by and large, over the past 10 years implementing Dodd-Frank and Title VII.
