I have consistently said in the past that I believe the CFTC is the right agency to regulate spot digital commodities.

To my knowledge, Congress has never held a hearing solely on decentralized finance, not once.

We have done a good job, I think, by and large, over the past 10 years implementing Dodd-Frank and Title VII.
