At the end of this farm bill process, I would like to go back to rural Arkansans and tell them that we have put policies and programs in place that will improve their quality of life and give their children and their neighbors' children reason to return home.
Boozman aims to assure rural Arkansans of beneficial policies from the farm bill.

I believe that we must have broad support within the community we wish to regulate if we ultimately want to protect consumers and innovation.
As policymakers we must also protect innovation and provide regulatory certainty businesses need to maintain their operations in the United States.
We have done a good job, I think, by and large, over the past 10 years implementing Dodd-Frank and Title VII.
Again, we certainly do need to get a farm bill done, and we just have a real difference of opinion as to how we get that done.
