I’m a guy that’s pretty low key and pretty good at working with people to get things done. And we’ve worked really hard to get this done. Farmers desperately need it.

North Dakota farm families helped shape the Working Families Tax Cuts, and because we listened to their priorities, we made sure the law included enhancements to the farm safety net.

This is really not about SNAP recipients, this is about allowing states to continue making error rates that are unimaginable.

I’m deeply disappointed by this outcome.
