There is a grazing provision in this bill that is of some concern to me. There is a court order in New Mexico regarding grazing rights, and there is a provision in here that says that none of the funds may be used by the Forest Service to carry out a court order. As I told him, I am not going to get into that, but I think that has a little bit of danger.
