Let me say, the Senator from Indiana has said, name one program that suffered with the cuts that defense has taken. I am sorry I did not prepare for that particular question. But let me tell you why I am up here today. Right here on this chart--and figures do not lie; liars can figure--defense goes from $264 billion this year, goes up every year, to $280 billion in the year 2002. Where are they suffering in all these big budget cuts?
