Let me go back up to the second sentence--``the same or different sources.'' What if 20 different people who do not even know each other just happen to leave a bottle of wine in my office on, say, five different occasions. That is 100 bottles of wine, but not one of those people know the other or know that the other has left a bottle of wine in my office on that same day, because this says $20 from the same or different sources. And then it goes on to say on a basis so frequent that a reasonable person--I know the Senator from Michigan is a lawyer, I am a lawyer, and we always know that the reasonable-man rule is a jury determination; correct?”
