When an administration takes bad actions, then Congress has to take extreme measures to pull back the power that has been granted to the administration. I gladly stand behind the statement that it is time for Congress to reel back that power that the administration is abusing. It is not just me saying that. It is also a Democrat-controlled Senate that sent this bill to the House with Democrat votes in the Senate. We need to put it on President Biden's desk and let him answer to the American people on what he is going to do about truly protecting endangered species and what he is going to do about energy production in America. Speaking of energy production in America and agriculture in America, I yield 3 minutes to the gentleman from Oklahoma (Mr. Lucas), who knows a lot about both.
