Mr. Speaker, as the gentlewoman from Puerto Rico (Mrs. Gonzalez-Colon) stated, this is a commonsense bill that will improve the conservation and protection of a key historical site. It does so while avoiding unnecessary Federal involvement. I thank the gentlewoman again for her leadership on this effort.
