The Biden administration's recent actions to restrict access to this treasure trove of vital and increasingly scarce minerals simply does not make sense for our national security, for the people of northern Minnesota, or even for President Biden's own mineral-intensive goals to build out renewable energy production and achieve net-zero emissions. I urge my colleagues to support H.R. 3195 and reinstate Minnesotans' rights to access their abundant resources.
