Again, I support this bipartisan bill. It is unfortunate that with regard to something that had so much agreement on it that people would point fingers at political figures or political movements and try to assign the actions of a disturbed, radical individual to a political party or to a political figure. Madam Speaker, I do support this, I wish that the debate hadn't gone in this direction, and I reserve the balance of my time.
