Again, I thank the gentlewoman from New York for her excellent bipartisan work on this piece of legislation. Mr. Speaker, in honor of Veterans Day and in honor of the hallowed history that we have, I urge adoption of this bill which will protect the sites of sacrifice and struggle that allow us to be here today in this Chamber, and I yield back the balance of my time.
