Madam Chair, more and more of or forests are going up in flames. More forests are being categorized as subject to catastrophic wildfire. We are losing this fight. We need a new game plan. We need work on this in a bipartisan manner. There are a lot of areas that need to be addressed, but this bill, and this amendment doesn't address those. I urge opposition to the amendment, and I yield back the balance of my time.
