Many of the water and power users in the Colorado basin were not consulted on this $500 million Colorado River provision and don't even know what it would be used for. That is another reason why we should actually work on these issues in committee and have a bipartisan markup. Madam Chair, I yield 1 minute to the gentleman from Utah (Mr. Moore).
