Madam Speaker, I thank the gentleman from California, and I also agree with him that we haven't taken action. D.C. is fiddling while the West burns again. Here we are, getting ready to break for August recess with nothing to show, nothing to tell the people in the West on what is being done to mitigate these wildfires, to mitigate the drought.
