What the proposed regulation under this Administration does, and I think sometimes it has been mischaracterized, is it finds that very reasoned and steady attempt to have a durable solution to critical habitat designation going forward.

And I do want to make a clarification here. The idea of valuing our natural assets I don't think is a bad idea, and I think the US is probably behind in that, in creating standards.
