It's absolutely clear to me that the whole HMO movement has taken the utilization review to an extreme and that it has to be backed off of. Forget about the HMO, just the whole insurance-- it's the insurance companies that are driving this. And I think the more we can put doctors into the management decisions of the HMO and the more choice we can give to the people who themselves will be patients, who have personal contact with their doctors--keep in mind, this is a huge deal. Letting the employees themselves make this choice, instead of their employers, means that somebody will be choosing, every plan will be chosen by someone who has had a personal relationship with a physician who has doubtless discussed this with him or her. I mean, that's going to make a big difference in this. And I agree with you, it's a very important issue.
