If you want to be a critic, that is, if you see something in school you don't like or you see someone doing something you don't like, think about how you're going to say that so they will be able to listen and hear you, but you won't be hurting them. So you go up and say, ``You're doing something I disagree with. I think you're a good person, but I don't agree with what you're doing. Here is what I think you should do.''
