Yes. I mean, if we can't close the gun show loophole, we're certainly not going to pass that. But let me ask you this--and that doesn't have anything to do with the right to keep and bear arms. We have--there's a constitutional right to travel in America, enshrined by the Supreme Court as a constitutional right. No one believes that registering our cars or proving that we know how to drive them undermines our constitutional right to travel. It facilitates our constitutional right to travel by making sure we're safe on the road and that we know what we're doing. Mr. Blitzer. All right, but you will concede, though, that the Democrats have a potential political bonanza from this defeat of the legislation this past week, going into the elections next year.
