No proof of civil wrongdoing. The Republican law firm hired by the Resolution Trust Corporation, at a cost of nearly $4 million of the taxpayers' money, said that there was no ground to believe--not criminal but anything you could even bring an ordinary lawsuit against me or the First Lady or her law firm. It was not her law firm that was fined by the Resolution Trust Corporation; it was Kenneth Starr's law firm, the special counsel, who did not reveal that his law firm was under investigation by the RTC at the time he took over. Now, nobody in America knows that, for reasons I--I would have thought that was big news when this big Government agency comes out and says we didn't do anything wrong. Ms. Shipman.
