We have worked to give the American people a smaller, less bureaucratic government in Washington. And we have to give the American people one that lives within its means.

You mean to tell me that the success of the program and my re-election hinges on the Federal Reserve and a bunch of fucking bond traders?

I think he can have some of these smaller events where he likes to be the explainer-in-chief.
