He did not ask it just like that. He said that there needed to be mutual security guarantees, that Israel's security was not all that was at stake, that Damascus was closer to the Golan than Tel Aviv or Jerusalem, and that artillery would go up the hill quite nicely. That's what he said. He said, ``We're not talking about rifles here.'' He said, ``Rifles--all the advantage goes to the people on top of the Golan. When you're talking about artillery, it's a mixed bag.'' He did not breach that. What he said was that both sides would need security assurances.
