And my plan is to make full disclosure--is to try to continue the system we've had, but to fix the percentage of Medicare premiums that the seniors have to pay. So if the overall cost goes up, your out-of-pocket costs will go up, because the percentage will be a percentage of the bigger number. That way, we share the responsibility and there's some incentive not to overuse the system. But the main problem is the one that you have outlined. Who else would like to go next. Yes, sir?
