Bill Clinton: “These two landmark civil rights laws have opened the doors of opportunity for people with disabilities.”

I wish he hadn’t said he wasn’t going to do it.

I think he can have some of these smaller events where he likes to be the explainer-in-chief.

And I think we are facing challenges today without precedent in our history.

We have worked to give the American people a smaller, less bureaucratic government in Washington. And we have to give the American people one that lives within its means.
