I didn't think that was necessary but that it was something you had to have a definite strategy to avoid.
That the coverage of it as if it were serious required people essentially to suspend all ordinary notions of proof and common sense.
This longterm plan will set targeted funding priorities to reduce fire risk in fire-dependent ecosystems throughout the country.
I see all the time there is this sort of constant process of reassessment about every period in our history.
