The only thing I wish I'd said is first of all, yes, there are too many people in jail. Yes, a small percentage of them are in federal prison, and yet -- and Hillary was the first person in this campaign in either party to say we should reduce the prison population but we can't let people out without education, training and guaranteeing that they won't be denied the right to a job or they get ask.
