Today I have the privilege of signing legislation that will increase the security of our country and our families.
Today we say loud and clear, if you stalk and harass, the law will follow you wherever you go.
This bill makes good on our pledge to keep our Armed Forces the best trained, best equipped fighting force on Earth.
Our troops have more than earned that.
