Congress agreed to tell insurance companies, newborns and their mothers deserve at least 48 hours in the hospital after childbirth.

I urge them to finish their work as quickly as possible.

This week's agreement shows what we can accomplish when we set aside rigid agendas, put aside partisanship, and work together.
