I think we have to find ways to add wealth to the world's economies every year.
If there is no threat to North Korea's security, if we mean them no ill, then surely we should be able to work this problem out.
The important thing is to be able to absorb them and just deal with them in a disciplined and regular way.
I wouldn't count the United States out.
