I think that the conditions you see today in a lot of the most desperate areas of our country are the result of a confluence of forces.

What can we do together to make people really believe in the cause for which these men and so many others have given so much.

I hope that their decency and courage in an emergency will inspire all the rest of us to do better everyday of our lives.

All these things will help.
