That's what you're trying--I just want to make sure everybody understands that, because one of the charges that's been leveled against our plan which is absolutely untrue is that I'm trying to restrict the choice of the American people. The American people are having their choices restricted now. Now, let me just say something very briefly. In defense of your employer and many others, a lot of times the employer says, ``Hey, that's all I can afford is an HMO, and I'm doing the best I can, and I think they'll provide quality care.'' Here's how our plan works. Under our plan, your employer would have an obligation to contribute a certain amount to your insurance, and it would not change, no matter what plan you chose. Then every year, your employer would be part--unless you have more than--unless it's a very large employer.
