Of course I appreciate that. I don't smoke. I have never taken any money from any of the tobacco companies. I know anybody who objects to this bill will be portrayed as being a defender of tobacco companies. I have never taken any. But my question for the Senator would be. Has there been any study as to what kind of fiscal impact this would have on State and local governments? And is there a potential of it undermining the revenue base that local governments would have because of the increased taxation at the Federal level?
