One is, does the gentleman approve of the fact that the Trust has filed over 30 lawsuits against various agencies of the Federal Government in the last 5 years, and, if that is the case, and it is, that in fact the cost to the Federal Government and the American taxpayer is not just the $3.5 million Federal subsidy, but all of the litigation costs that we have to pay in order to defend the Federal agencies they are suing?”
