Reclaiming the time, the gentleman is correct that these ethical standards apply to government attorneys, but if we have a State prosecutor who is cross designated to be a special Assistant United States Attorney, then that State prosecutor would be subject to these rules and the Misconduct Review Board bureaucracy that is established under this rule. So I urge my colleagues to support this amendment.
