it is a little frustrating for me because there could be nothing more unambiguous than the language in this bill. As often as somebody wants to get up and yell and scream and have a tirade about this being disruptive of workers' and union members' rights and the rights to organize, if you simply read the bill, it says unambiguously and very forthrightly that there is nothing in this bill that will interfere with ``. . . a bona fide employee applicant, including the right to self-organization, to form, join, or assist labor organizations, to bargain collectively through representation of their own choosing, and to engage in other concerted activities for the purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual aid or protection.''
