I did a little focus grouping in Arkansas where I just asked people--one lady had six children, five of whom smoke. They are between the ages are 35 and 40, grown children. I asked her would they quit smoking if it went up $1.50 a pack. She laughed. She said, ``No, they won't. They are addicted, and they wouldn't do it.''
