Whenever you look at the family that is being very productive, that has a great family life contributing to American society, but, in fact, they came here illegally, I don't think you can excuse the illegal behavior, but you also recognize they're not terrorists, they're contributing to our society. We understand the humanitarian reasons that brought them here.
