The main thing we will need from the federal government is reimbursement. This is going to cost the city tens of millions of dollars in a very tough economic time.

It's going to be very extensive. We're talking hundreds of millions of dollars within the city itself. We now have 38 confirmed fatalities, 900 reported injuries as a direct result of yesterday's tornado and we still have over 40,000 homes…
