During the votes today, I was inescapably detained and away handling important matters related to my District and the State of Alabama. If I had been present, I would have voted: YES on H.R. 4238--To Amend the Department of Energy on Organization Act and the Local Public Works Capital Development and Investment Act of 1976 to modernize terms relating to minorities.
