Finally, and I have heard nothing said about this, but I thank the gentleman from Alaska (Mr. Young) and the gentleman from Minnesota (Mr. Oberstar) and I thank the House, because there were no provisions to secure the Tarmac. Think about that for a minute: someone could have walked up to the Atlanta Airport, as they have done on several occasions, and stolen baggage.”
