What this resolution says, and I hope it was a message that we carried to Mexico, is that this fight against narco-traffickers is a dangerous one, and we simply do not need to let our law enforcement agencies be made pawns in a diplomatic or political struggle. I appreciate what the gentleman has said, but I think we ought to make it clear that extradition is not an appropriate path.
