The Defending American Property Abroad Act of 2026 makes it clear. If you target American businesses, there will be consequences. It strengthens our trade enforcement rules, expands section 301 authority, and allows the United States to take real action against those who seize or interfere with American property. We will not allow foreign governments to benefit from the access of our markets while violating the rights of American companies.
