This amendment combines three separate amendments which were outlined in our unanimous consent agreement earlier. The first, from Mr. Engel, has a limitation on funds for the lease or purchase of new light-duty vehicles that are not in accordance with the President's fleet efficiency standards. {time} 1940 The second amendment is from Mr. Holt. It is a limitation on funds for the use of armored, unmanned aerial systems. And the third is from Mr. Price of Georgia. It's a limitation on funds being used in contravention of the Nation's immigration laws. I would urge my colleagues to support the adoption of this en bloc amendment.
