We all benefit, do we not? All the airlines will ultimately benefit because they will have to change their business model to compete, or disappear.

I think it is a given by this Committee on Appropriations, Defense to--not to shortchange the Navy, not to shortchange readiness, and also future weapons. And, if we do it, we do it at the peril of this Country; would we not?
